• Tweakware Apk Download here Or Download the latest version from Playstore.
• MTN BBLITED or BIS subscription.
• Etisalat Social Pack or Chat-Pack.

Procedures:

• Download and Install Tweakware App.

• On the Tweakware App, click on "SETTINGS"

• A Page will open; select "bundle setting" as shown in the diagram below

• Click on "Use Bundled Settings " and select "Bundled Settings"

• You will see a pop up page, then tap on either, MTN bis, Etisalat chat pack or spectranet according to the one you want to use. In this tutorial, we are using Etisalat chat pack as example so we tap on "Etisalat chat-pack"

• Go back to Tweakware menu and long press on "Default Server"
• It will be updated, then tap on the server again and select Netherlands as your default server
• Finally, Click on "CONNECT" and accept the Terms and Conditions that will pop-up in your phone.

After subscription some messages will appear just ignore those messages and continue your browsing once you know your tweaks and settings are okay. I have been using this Etisalat Smart pack for over 2 months now without recharging on my Etisalat SIM so you see, its tested and working.
