I have listed below the codes for checking blackberry internet service balance and expiry date for MTN, AIRTEL, GLO and ETISALAT blackberry subscription.

MTN: To check bis expiry date or balance for MTN Blackberry service text “status” to 21600.

GLO:
Text “info” to 127 to check your glo data balance and text STATUS to 777 to check BIS balance.  

AIRTEL: Dial *123*10# or dial *141*712*0# to check your airtel data balance and text STATUS to 440 for BIS balance.

ETISALAT: Dial *228# to check BIS balance of Etisalat Internet Service.
