The world’s bendiest woman and record holder can effortlessly contort herself into the most improbable shapes. Russian-born Julia Guenthel, can twist herself like a snake into the most extreme poses imaginable and has broken numerous world records for her flexibility. She says she does not watch what she eats to stay in such good shape but has to work out rigorously every day. Doing these poses just feels very natural to me.
